You can file a consumer complaint to the Indiana Attorney General's Office either through an online form, or by filling out a printable form. The Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division will mediate and investigate consumer complaints against businesses and other organizations.

REQUEST A CREDIT FREEZE FROM THE INDIANA ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE

Indiana residents can request a credit freeze free of charge. A credit freeze keeps new creditors from accessing your credit report without your permission. Without access to credit reports, creditors will deny a thief from opening an account in your name and effectively preventing a thief from opening a new account or obtaining credit in your name.
